“This is a very good sprinkler but it has a couple of weak points at the end joining the hose. We’ve had two of these where the oscillating feature stops working and the sprinkler just goes to full width. No idea why but it’s not fixable and the dial where you adjust it ‘feels’ like something is broken inside. We have also had two break where a plastic bit goes into the metal frame. I think the metal part is so sturdy it may make the plastic very susceptible to breakages. On one it was broken straight out of box. That is unfixable too ,but throughout all thus Hoselink customer service have been excellent and offered replacements to us. The sprinkler is fantastic and the good customer service means I recommended it, but it dies seem that a few seemingly straightforward design tweaks would improve its durability.”
