This one arrived minus the little jet cleaner and a phone call with a brilliantly helpful lady saw a replacement arrive within days. This will not be my last purchase! Hi Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, sorry to hear you have experienced issues with your Oscillating Sprinkler. These small black jets do press down into place and it would seem that this one has become loose when the water pressure was put through the sprinkler. We do have these as spare jets and it will just pop straight back into place. Therefore we have organised for some extras to be sent out to you then you will have spares on hand if you need them.
