“As usual, great product. Great quality. Flow Control turns back only quarter turn. I would like it to turn back as much as zero flow so that I can water small tight areas. I guess I will need to get your item 2423 Hose connector with flow control.Other than this , it it is consistent with the high quality of all of your products. I love it.”
“we haven,t used the sprinkler yet ,but had a problem with our retracting hose.i rang to explain what was happening,and was told you would send a replacement straight away as long as you had one in stock.we received the replacement within about 10 days.not too sure how to return the broken one but can only highly reccomend your company to anyone i speak to.thanks very muchand we would not hesitate to deal with you again.”

Now it’s all good again and I just have put in another order for reel covers and a few bits and bobs. I have tree hose reels, 2 long sprinklers and two round ones.
