“So happy to have received sprinklers but one is leaking and spraying water like crazy. We just had very hot weather and watering the backyard was a nightmare with lots of water loss.I normally don’t write reviews, especially not bad ones but I have send you an email with a video leaking water badly and a photo also. I literally begged you to get back to me and haven’t heard boo from you.I have no idea why the sprinkler is behaving like this and I’d be happy to talk in FaceTime so maybe you’d have a solution for the problem. As far as I know I’m using it correctly and it worked great for the first 2 weeks. I’m really sorry to have to tell you this but nobody ringing me was very disappointing. Luckily we had lots of rain so watering wasn’t necessary but of course soon I’ll be stuffed again.Please get back to me! “I have a wad of Hoselink products at home and work under Northern Light and Renate Tenta. I would rather pay more for higher quality, the sprinklers for example seem to have a relitely short life span in comparison to the hoses and nozzels. I think that Hoelink could put the prices up and invest in higher quality, you have a good following including myself. It is a good product, people expect to pay more for quality.”
