“We live on a windy ridge, have about an acre of lawn, and rely totally on rainwater storage. So water is precious. Recently bought a Hoselink oscillating sprinkler mainly because I expected it to give good coverage (which it does), but another benefit rapidly became obvious. Most sprinklers tend to atomise a lot of the water into fine mist which blows away and evaporates in any sort of a breeze. Not the Hoselink one, which seems to retain most of the spray in relatively large and therefore heavy droplets which fall to earth even in a strong wind. Very water efficient. Much better than impact sprinklers. It is also solid, quite heavy and seems strongly made. Well done, Hoselink!”
