“This innovative product is a great time saver, I can have 2 lines running at the same time. The fast on/off switch saves time also. It's study construction means it will last for a long time. It looks great also.”
Hi Kay, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Extremely sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your 2-Way Tap Adapter. We have noticed that the handles are hard to turn initially, however once you have done it once or twice, they become much easier to use. We have asked our manufacturers to ensure this process happens before they arrive with us therefore it should completely rectify this problem in future. The issue with leaking is quite unusual, we would definitely like to look into this for you, please contact us on 1300 900 617. Kind regards,The Hoselink Team
