“Just purchased my brass 2 way tap adapter, I have never doubted the quality of a Hoselink product, my disappointment is in regard to the small internal diameter of the outlets. One of the outlets is connected to my hi flow hose reel. really restricts the performance of my reel. I would like to see a hi flow adapter in the future.”
“We bought our home 2 years ago and inherited a tap/irrigation system that was cumbersome. The 2 way brass tap adaptor allows us to have the hose and the irrigation system set up ready to use all the time without having to make any disconnections. Worth it's weight in brass!”
“Now this makes using 2 hoses somuch easier. Easy to set up and the little taps on it .are a great idea. A must have if you have a hose reel and another hose connected to the one tap.”
“This is well constructed (solid brass) but when one valve is closed and the other is connected to your Hoselink reel The closed side squirts out a fast thin stream of water. I think that the mechanism that shuts it off internally is not up to the pressure created in the tap. It compromises the pressure of the hoselink spray, pity because it looks solid and is very functional. I'm sure this is no reflection on Hoselink as they probably buy them from somewhere else. Worth them noting to their manufacturers.”
“Although I have always had a very high regard for the performance and quality of Hoselink products this adapter was a rare disappointment. The stop cocks simply did not completely shut of the water flow and the thread in the tap attachment would not align with the thread on either of my timer units. Admittedly they were not Hoselink but I expected the thread to attach them without misaligning. That was not the case. The quality of the product was good but the performance, as I say, disappointing.”
“I forgot to mention that when I expressed my disappointment Hoselink immediately refunded my total cost including freight. How good is that.?Certainly gives you confidence in their products which is pretty rare these days given all the cheap rubbish available on the internet with no chance of getting your money back if it's not fit for purpose. Well done Hoselink.”
“This product is very easy to use and connects perfectly. We have gone through a couple due to extreme frosts cracking it but have since found out that the hose connection should be pulled out after each use to prevent this.”
