“We not only purchased that but we bought the fern cover for the hose reel and I’m hoping you can reassure me that it is much stronger than it looks and feels !! As I was disappointed in the overall look and feel quality. It is in an exposed area to hot sun and I was hoping for some protection.We have not even taken the brass adapter out of the bag at this stage.With thanks Wendy.”
“Upon installation dismayed to see one side leaking not shutting off the water supply completely. I own a non metal version which I acquired from Hoselink which works very well. I have been busy but intend calling to convey feedback get a replacement.”
