Hi Natasa, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear the Recycled Water Tap Adapter has not been suitable for you. Our old model didn't actually include the 3/4" reducer (which would have been when you placed your order). Therefore, if you have read the new description it will have been updated which is what you thought you were received. “I’m very sorry to say I am totally disappointed with the product.I was led to believe your products are compatible with the general Australian garden fittings.Eg. Pope.Your adapter fits onto the purple tap correctly, however it will NOT fit My Brass pope fittings that I have installed on my watering system. I received your fitting during the lockdown period and have only recently been Able to purchase new fittings and they STILL do NOT FIT. The thread seems different and will not screw deep enough into the fitting to contact the washer to make it waterptight, I also only get 1 rotation before it jams completely. It will not bed properly. It seems I have wasted my money and time on your Product., And Leaves me in a situation now where my watering system is still not useable.I look forward to hear your comments or a solution.RegardsJenny”
“I am sorry but I am unable to use it for several reasons1. It does not fit the Recycle tap2. It does not fit my Gardena Water Computer3. It is not compliant with the general irrigation systems that are on the market.”
“Despite this tap attachment being advertised as fitting purple recycled water tap so you can connect your hose, it is way too big and doesn’t fit. I sent an enquiry through to get a refund but didn’t hear back from anybody, however I did receive this questionnaire so I’m putting my comments here. In the end my neighbour bought me an adaptor from Bunnings which was much cheaper at $5 and fit perfectly. Still waiting to hear back about my refund!”
“Bunnings had nothing similar to this! The car wash bay at our unit only has the recycled water tap, this has enabled me to wash car finally! Thanks Hoselink. The product itself is solid being brass. No complaints whatsoever and highly recommended!”
