“I have attached three of the Tap Turners to my 92 year old father's outdoor taps and they are fantastic.They make it so easy for him to now turn the taps on. It has given him a new lease of life to enjoy watering the garden.”

Hi Helen, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. When you are using the Easy Tap Turner, you need to ensure you distribute your hand over the full length of the product. If you put too much weight on one side, it will lift off. This is to ensure the product doesn't need to be a permanent fixture and can be easily fitted and removed. Kind regards, The Hoselink Team
“We have your everyday tap (see picture) but the Tap turner sits very loose (see photo) and easily disassembles when trying to flip over if due to proximity to a wall.However, I have been re-assured by hoselink@hoselink.com.au that my feedback will be passed onto their Product development team for review & make the necessary improvements.I enjoy many other Hoselink products previously purchased however, reluctantly, I cannot recommend this product.”
