“I have three other of these units but two have cracks around bowls.Would it be possible to purchase this part as a spare in the future as I only purchased this one for the bowl. I have quite a few products from your range and am very happy with them. This is just thought thanks Russell.”

We are extremely sorry to hear this has happened, our faults rate on this product is under 1% therefore, we can assure you this is very unusual. From the picture, it looks like the o-ring may have become misplaced or damaged which is causing the leak. We do have replacement parts available should you need a new o-ring to seal the unit. “Very positive. Although only recently installed, the product is working well. It will be interesting to see how it weathers over time, given the intensity of Tasmania's UV index. Just one very minor point: the brass-coloured finish on one of the units wasn't fully completed. Overall, I am happy with my experience using Hoselink. Thank you for providing your catalogue.
