“As always with Hoselink I can't fault quality of the product at all, however the user friendliness of the App was not as good as the single tap device. I am sure I will get used to it over time but is not intuitive and was slow to update (may have been my network), although the single outlet device didn't seem to have a problem. Other than that this device with the other Hoselink tap outlet products is proving to be a great addition to my vegetable garden management and I will be buying more as expand the reach of my automatic watering system.”
“Rather a nice product with very poor istructions. Needs to explain operation of buttons on side of product. Worked well first time till I tried to use manual watering to test some of the pipes. Then I could not get it to operate automatically anyway I tried. It also would not conect to smart home at all after that. I have had to delete everything in Smart home app. and then put the timer in programming mode to enable the app to talk to the timer. The timer refused to output any blue tooth signals after my first manual action and had to be put inprogramming mode to get anything working other than manual (using the buttons on the timer).”
“I now have three dual outlet timers controlling my back yard, after I installed the first one I was so impressed I purchased two more, five stations are programmed through the night at hourly intervals and as the sixth one is under the clothesline I do it manually when it suits, they are easy to use and haven’t let me down, we don’t have very good water pressure so it allows me to run them through the night when the pressure is good,”
“The Bluetooth tap timer works really well, however the WiFi gateway will not connect even after I turn all my security and firewalls off, 5 stars for tap timer, 0 for Wi Fi gate way.”

“Very easy to set up and use out of the box, and easily connected the wireless gateway. Only disappointment was that the first unit had a faulty valve but Hoselink replaced it within 2 days which was impressive. Time will tell as to ongoing reliability.”
