“Very Good but I would advise when selling those products containing pins and nuts and bolts that you supply a little plastic package of spare parts or even sell them as an extra with purchase. My pruning shears get a lot of heavy work and are sometimes used when a stronger tool is required.the ratchet action is what makes these pruners practical.I have even broken the blade on one pair that you kindly replaced.”
