“The tool is great, service was another thing entirely. I found the service was very poor. Paid express post and was not given tracking no. and was delayed being sent out then it arrived missing hardware. I was told when I rang it was because hardware comes from a different part of the building. If you keep all componants in the box nothing gets left out. Hardware was sent to me by snail mail and took 3 weeks to arrive. So all up 5 weeks for delivery is laughable. I recommend the product but not the company.”
