“Hi, unfortunately i am unable to rate the quality and effectiveness of this product as I am yet to receive it from Australia Post.The product has traveled across the country and ended up in WA where it sat for over a week, it appears to be on its way to Adelaide but well over 3 weeks after you processed my order.I don't blame Hoselnk and understand demand for deliveries on Australia Post have increased dramatically however it is simply not good enough of them to have stuffed this up so badly. Not the first time I have experienced poor service from Australia Post and will be mindful of using business that utilise Aust Post in the future.”
“I really like it, though I’m only 5’2” I actually think it could be an inch or 2 longer. I really like using it, it doesn’t work on every weed. Tends to clog with soil in damp ground or in garden settings it pulls up a large plug of soil. But mostly I find it a very useful tool.”
“Handy device for those of us who don''t have golf course greens as our backyards. Bought it for my hubby as an early Father's Day gift and he was very keen to get outside and test it out. He was quite impressed with the ease at which it removed the weeds and their root systems......No mess, no fuss! Delivery was quick and simple too, even with lockdown delays it only took about a week from payment to receipt of goods. Overall, great product and excellent service”
“Still needs improvement it has a tendency to remove a lot more then just the weed, works well in some situations but leaves a lot to be desired in others. I have noticed there is a lot more bending involved as some weeds such as dandelions put their flower up away from the center of the weed & you have to bend down a lot to find the center of the weed to be able to remove it. A cheaper plastic model was a lot easier to use & actually removed less soil then this product does. Smaller weeds are harder to remove unless you modify the removal procedure & some times it's actually easier to remove a smaller weed by just pushing it in a small amount & twisting it around in your hands. Large weeds like you show in the video come out easily but unless the weed is that size removal is not that easy.”
