“It works best in soft soil, my front yard is too hard for it, it can't get the roots out properly. It also tends to break off very long roots even in my soft soil, but that's understandable.I am somewhat concerned about the longevity of the plastic parts, but the customer service seems to be good if there is a problem.I love it so much that I ended up ordering a second one to give to my father-in-law who is always bending over to pull out his weeds. I hope it helps his back!”
