“I love this product but the only problem I found is the plastic foot lever (which I got under warranty)is a bit flimsy as it broke on me when pulling out a weed which had a long tap root which needed extra leverage. Every other part on the tool looks like it will last a long time, if this part was made of a better material it would be bulletproof cheers Mick.”

“While it is easy to use it is not robust! The lower section of the chrome bent the first day i used it. Resulting in not being able to slide the weed release, meaning i could not release the weeds? I got on line and spoke with a customer service rep. Who immediately sent a new weeder. This time we have added a broom handle into that section to see if this will prevent this bending from happening again. I kave used it a couple of times but it still feels fragile, making me very cautious .perhaps you could look at how you can strenthen this hollow tubing to ensure no bending? Regards, Rhonda.”
“The concept of the item is very good but the piece where you put your foot on needs to be strengthened in some way as with only light pressure the top part of the machine broke at the rivet, otherwise,a great product.”
