“It's a well thought out tool that for normal lawns and smaller weeds seems to work REALLY well, including pulling long roots as promised. However, I found that larger weeds combined with our kikuyu lawn, which adds to the tension, caused the lower vertical bar to bend (permanently) meaning that the hand ejection handle separated and didn't really work too well, though the foot lever to eject the weeds still did.Unfortunately I then tried a very heavy/stubborn weed, and with the slight bending that had occurred previously the lower arm bent irreparably, with no simple way for it to be enforced/mended (Hoselink have offered a replacement).If it was a bit heavier/stronger, and the hand ejection grip wasn't just held on by a soft plastic catch, I'd give it 5 stars, but knock one each off for those problems. If you're careful and don't try and tackle huge weeds, you'll probably love it.”
