“I have been after a strong, reliable stand-up weed puller for quite a while. Any that I have looked at have not appeared strong enough to stand a good workout in the garden. The hose link weed puller is very robust, and certainly was able to tackle even the biggest weeds in our yard. Standing while pulling weeds takes the pain and pressure off my back. “While it was quite good at removing small to medium sized weeds, the metal tube buckled and tore near the head of the weed puller when I tried to remove a large weed. I don't know if there was a flaw in the metal, but it seemed to be be quite flimsy, as I didn't put excessive force through the weed puller. The metal needs to be more robust, as it was damaged inside the first half hour of use.I can't recommend this product.”
