“I have used hose link hoses for years and have trusted the brand and quality of products. When I saw the weed puller on the website I was excited and ordered it straight away. I assembled it which was easy. It’s super light. I started using it and after around 10 mins, the aluminium shaft bent and the weed puller was broken. I think the design to make it light compromised the strength required by the shaft acting as the lever. If the shaft was made of steel it might make it stronger. I let hoselink know and they sent me a full refund. I wouldn’t get this personally because my weeds require something stronger. It would be good if they updated the design to make it stronger.”
