“Unfortunately I have not received my welder I ordered on 14th September. I was allowing for COVID go slow but on checking my tracking with Aus Post found that it was sent to Broken Hill. It took them 5 days to realise and rather than sending it straight to me in Newcastle they have sent it back to Sydney. I’m advised I should be receiving it between 5-8th October….maybe.”
