“Poor is the only work I can use. I must have a dud because two friends have them and are very happy. The black handle slips off, the locking mechanism for the extendable handle does not work and probably 50% of the time I have to fiddle to get the raking mechanism to open. I have never had a bad tool or accessory from Hoselink despite having bought quite a lot, so this comes as a huge disappointment.”
