“Had trouble with the first one sent to us. For some reason no rain was either going into it or didn't stay there. Hoselink very kindly sent us another one which works perfectly, we are very happy with the second one, and very happy with the service from Hoselink.”
“We haven’t used it yet as we have one and want this for another property. I do think it would be more user friendly if you could lift out the part with water in it so you don’t have to take it off the screws to empty.”
