Hi Suzie, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Any fertiliser including 3-Day Green is not going to get the grass growing without water and applying fertiliser to a lawn without sufficient water will burn it. We would suggest that you apply water for at least 15-20 minutes for several days to get the grass growing and the applied 3 day green will assist in getting it growing and green it up.
