“I was sent a faulty starter pack and had to go online and show pictures as to what I had received. Once it was established that it was faulty Hoselink promised to send me a new one. It arrived 3 days later and the exact same fault was on the next one as well. When I contacted Hoselink via an online chat ( it's very hard to talk to anyone there) she saw my new photos and offered me a refund as she said a lot of people had sent back faulty sprayers. Obviously no one at Hoselink had checked if the batch of sprayers were faulty. I got my refund that day.”

“I’ve attempted to use this twice. The first time it struggled to draw up the liquid and was shooting pure water 90% of the time. I followed the cleaning instructions and instructions on the item. Tried again today and no matter how much I try, I can’t get it to draw the liquid. Really disappointed and used most of the liquid fertiliser troubleshooting.”

“Haven't been able to try as didn't realise a special coupling is needed. Have not bought the required coupler yet as have not had to buy other products to avoid a shipping fee that is half the price of the coupler.”
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Peter. To use the fertiliser spray mixer, you need an accessory connecter to join it to the end the hose, which should have come with it. If you didn't receive the connecter, please give us a call on 1300 900 617 so we can send you out to you.
