“I was happy with hose reel, but the sprayer is a different issue. When turned on the water sprayed out of three places on the hose. One spray directly from the nozzle and two sprays surged out horizontally from both sides of the smaller flow control lever. I contacted hose link and asked if they considered it a design fault. Response was never heard of this issue before.I sent in photos which showed three water sprays to best explain my issue. The small flow control lever at the top bend of the sprayer obviously deteriorates... the smaller plastic lever and its internal O rings just deteriorate and renders the whole sprayer useless. It is money wasted, as the deterioration issue will happen again with each sprayer purchased. Solution- consider eliminating the small flow control lever, as there is a larger, more sturdy flow control lever at the sprayer base.”
