“It was a replacement for the previous control which began to leak after a couple of minus zero mornings. I was very appreciative of Hoselink's response. I was a little bemused by the hose attachment fitting as I would not have been able to fix it to the hose.”
“The fitting on the sprayer was broken when it arrived. I checked the wrapping package and the broken piece was not in it. ( I have taken photos to show this)This makes it look like it was sent out this way and not checked before been packaged.It sill works, but I am disappointed with the level of care when it was issued for packaging.To date I have always been satisfied with Hoselink products and have recommended your company to others, this was just a little bit disappointing.”
