“Love being able to keep the hose on by simply pushing up the lever as on the metal one the handle would always slip out of the holder and turn off. I don't like how the centre pattern is different to the metal sprayer. It is really weird now and not much use, as I use the centre spray all the time. Would be good if it was like the metal one.”

“The experience had a good outcome. It was a Mothers Day gift to my wife.Unfortunately on arrival, not all the correct parts were part of the package. It was partly my fault.I did not understand the design of the Hoselink connection. It is different from most other products I have used. Without the complete set to connect to your hose, it won't work. You don't need to change the tap end connection.On the other hand, it is a better quality product and functions very well. I now know, following viewing the product video, how to connect spray ends to the hose end. Hoselink, if you see this, how about getting your tech people to put a link to that essential video in front of new purchasers at the point of purchase. You know who has not made a purchase, but querying your customer table.Really happy with the support in the end, and the product especially.”
“Very disappointed with Comfort 8- Pattern Flow Control . Leaks between settings and sprayer. The CENTRE setting squirts out in all directions, not practical or usable.This Sprayer is faulty.”
