(daughter dropped it on concrete).Unfortunately there must be a water saving thing inside or something different about the shower setting and I'm dissatisfied and disappointed.”
Hi Meg, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you are disappointed with the 7-function spray gun pressure. There is definitely no water saving device inside the spray gun therefore, this shouldn't be the cause of the problem. If you have a Hose Connector with Flow Control, make sure the lever is completely open to ensure there are no restrictions there. Also, we recommend reversing the water flow and ensuring there are no blockages within the hose. To do this, remove the hose from the tap and then put the spray gun end of the hose on the tap, this will blast anything out of the hose that could be potentially blocking it.
