“this is a great addition to the retractable hose link hose I have, but now my retractable wall mounted hose won’t roll back in is lying on the ground. When I spent the money on this item I thought it would last I have taken good care of it but, maybe I should off just got one at Bunnings. No I would not recommend spending over $160 plus for something that now doesn’t do what it suppose to do. And I am sorry most of Australia is in drought or experiencing fires or other natural disasters, too much money for a product that most of cannot use at the moment. Maybe hose link need to look at donating to those that have lost so muchand every day there are many adds for hose link I know you have charities and you do good work but at the moment most of Australia have much more worries.”
