Hi Bafrin, thank you for your review. Extremely sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with our fittings not attaching to your hose correctly. The bundle you have purchased is definitely suited to a 12mm hose, this measurement is based on the internal diameter of the hose. If the wall of your hose is very thin and you are experiencing leaking, use secateurs to cut a further 2mm off the white split ring. This ensures the split ring can grip tightly around the hose.
