“The internal spring in my old hose failed. Great service from answering the phone, to checking if my product was under warranty (no bought in 2015 it appears) to ordering and supplying a new hose and fittings. My only concern was the boxes being separated and I didn’t know if and when the second box would arrive after the first delivery.products arrived a day apart and were well packaged, everything there including spare o rings. Thanks!!!”
