“Very happy with hose reel, it looks so tidy on the wall. Installing it was difficult as we have a cement brick house and original plugs and screws pulled out after 10 days of use. Sara from hoselink was a great help and suggested using dyno bolts, which are holding well. The retraction is fantastic and makes winding up hose a breeze. The free gift included all the connections we need to connect some of our older attachments, a real bonus. Great product and wonderful follow-up service.”
