“It’ was great to be able to organise installation for this product as it turned out the wood post we wanted to put it on was too narrow. We also needed to purchase the post, but it wasn’t too pricey and there was no way I’d have found the right size if doing myself. The installing company had good communication with me and arrived promptly and did the job quickly and with care. Probably too carefully…. he took away the packaging which also had the nuts and screws for the mounting bracket - I was considering using this out the back. Not a big deal and I’m sure I can replace if need be. Overall, am glad I had a professional installation for a premium product. Glad this service was offered.”

The only reason I purchased Hoselink, was because of their wonderful spray connector. It’s fabulous. But quite frankly I do think you could offer FREE INSTALLATION considering the price. Thank you”

“The installation of our hoselink reel was very professional and thorough except for the fact that we needed a reverse thread adaptor for our recycled water tap and it didn't come with the delivered package. Hoselink very quickly supplied the required adaptor once we contacted them, which was great. This was not something we even thought about when we ordered our reel but with the greater use of recycled water now, it would be good if Hoselink asked the question when people ordered so that this oversight might be avoided in the future.”
