“Perth buyers beware. I purchased two retractable reels including installation services. They could not be mounted direct to our house walls. Following receipt of reels I was advised they do not provide installation of mounting poles in sandy soils despite their website saying it hey do . I have been left to find a way of doing it myself. Very poor”
