“Great product. Made out of metal so stronger than other plastic versions.Spotlight is bright which suits larger garden areas. Customer service was also fast in responding and very helpfully.”
“These are great spotlights and while the solar panel is a little on the large side that is the trade off for having good quality solar lights that are bright and are comparable to wired in lights. The only feedback I would have to improve for these is that the lead cable shouldn’t branch off into 3 cables for each spotlight rather have them all join off each other for a continuous length.”
“The strength of the light is very good. Really as good as low voltage after a sunny day. The components are very well made. The cabling could be improved. The current design does not lend itself to installation along driveways or along a garden bed, as the cable from each light is the same distance from the solar panel. And that distance is not long enough if you want to raise the panel to a roof or fence top. If Hoselink provided an extension cord as an optional accessory, this problem could be overcome.”
“I am so mad that the twin light system is gone, more often than not 2 lights will suffice and I was amped to buy more, then I fond this is the replacement for them at double the price? Lame.”
Hi Dave, thank you for your review. You must have been one of the lucky ones to not have issues with the old model of the twin pack because we have actually changed supplier because we were having a lot of issues. Therefore, we found a better quality product with longer-lasting batteries. These may cost more however we can guarantee you will be more than happy with the quality of this product. “Purchased a set of spotlights for my front garden a week ago. They work really well even in Melbourne's grey weather.They have been shining at night without fail, but make sure you turn the solar panel on otherwise they won't work.Very nice light, not too bright either. Just purchased another set too to finish the rest of the garden. Very happy!”
“Unfortunately the first and second set both failed, the third set in use now for the third night. I appreciate your dedication in replacing the other lights but the reason for failure has not been realised. St this stage it’s difficult to recommend the product, however 100% to Hoselink dedication”
