We very rarely have any issues with our solar lights therefore, it is disappointing to hear multiple lights you have are no longer working. If you haven't already, I recommend reaching out to our customer care team to allow us to ask a few questions and really get to the bottom of what has happened with these lights. “We needed some lifting for our front garden path where the steps were a trip hazard. We bought two pairs of these and popped them in the garden pointing toward the path. We thought they might not work as there isn’t direct sunlight over them during the day. Pleasantly surprised that despite being somewhat shaded, they still light up at night perfectly. Very happy.”
“I agree with all the other positive reviews of these lights. They are easy to set up, elegant looking, provide just the right amount of light, and look really good. I love the fact that they have a "low" setting until triggered by movement, preserving the charge. They are clearly way superior to the junk ones we had previously tried from a well-known hardware brand, and well worth the extra cost. Hopefully their longevity will also be much better although I haven't had them long enough to judge that. They certainly do not seem to have been affected by our recent -6 degrees overnight temperatures. Highly recommended.”
