“The solar lights with extension arrived and were an easy install. They are designed to clip on a wire or clothesline. The construction is sturdy. Ensure the enclosed solar panel has good exposure to sunlight to get the maximum charge. The status of the battery determines how many hours the lights stay on at night. If you install the basic set (8mtrs of lights) and add an extension string of lights (another 8mtrs), you are using double the amount of power. On an overcast day I get about 4-6 hours of operation. On a sunny day they go all night. The automatic on and off feature is very handy and senses when it gets dark. We often check on our farm animals in the stables at night and the lights are very helpful with finding your way without running into things or having to take a torch. We love the lights and recommend them wholeheartedly.”
