“The warm lights really suit a casual party vibe. Really nice well built kit with the second to none Hoselink support of anything goes wrong. Why tale a risk on ebay. It would be interesting to know how long a kit lasts on a charge and if adding the extension kit halves this number. We decided to just buy 2 starter kits. The light sensor does rely on the light level to be very low (dark) so this could be adjusted to cut in earlier for parties but no big deal. The solar panel would be ideal if it could clamp onto a gutter where for many it would be an ideal location but no deal breaker. Nice kit really happy with it.”

I cannot say how well they work as I don't yet know but my purchase through Hoselink was terrific. Living in the UK it's often difficult to buy items in Oz but this was great. “These lights are awesome. Good quality. Charging panel can be detached and charged with USB just in case it’s been too cloudy to charge! Lights are nice and bright. The cord could be longer so we didn’t have to mount the charge pad on our pool hut rather than in the garden. But otherwise, these lights are great! Worth spending a little extra for the quality”
