“Extremely impressed with your wonderful service. We had an operational malfunction with our bollard which was due to our operation of the product and not the product itself. Because of your wonderful staff they fixed our problem immediately (we forgot to turn switch to 'Day Mode') and on top of that they sent us another Bollard light to replace the supposed broken one. “We recently purchased 2 bollard lights from Hoselink. Unfortunately they have never worked since the day they arrived. We had not reported the problem as we could not find the paperwork ahthough it was reported last week when we originally received this survey - and have yet to receive a reply.We are not sure if we have done something wrong or it is the product.The other item in our order are working.”
Hi Noel, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your bollard lights, this is actually really unusual. To turn these lights on you do need to press and hold the button down for 3 - 5 seconds to activate the light. It will not turn on with a simple click. Alternatively, if this is not the issue, try and remove the solar panel from the light, just to check the battery is in the correct position.
