“EVERYTHING WORKS FINE AND IS A PLEASURE TO USE.......BUT...PLEASE CONSIDER PUTTING SOME SORT OF HOSE REEL STOP BEFORE THE FULL EXTENSION OF THE HOSE IS REACHED. IT WASN'T THE REEL THAT BROKE. IT WAS THE PLASTIC HOSE ATTACHMENT OF HOSE TO REEL ON THE REEL THAT BROKE. AS THE FULL EXTENSION OF THE HOSE IS REACHED IT REQUIRES MORE FORCE TO PULL THE HOSE OUT TO OVERCOME THE SPRING TENSION. ALL PERFECTLY NORMAL. HOWEVER IT IS EASY THEN TO PULL TO HARD AND BREAK THE REEL TO HOSE ATTACHMENT WHEN FULL HOSE EXTENTION IS REACHED. I FULLY EXTENDED THE HOSE ON BOTH OF MY REELS AND SPRAY PAINTED TWO ORANGE BANDS ON THE HOSE BEFORE HOSE EXTREMITY IS REACHED. IE, FIRST BAND VISABLE CAREFULL, HOSE NEARING END. SECOND BAND STOP OR YOU WILL BREAK SOMETHING. NOTE...THE SECOND OR STOP BAND IS PAINTED ON THE HOSE JUST BEFORE END OF HOSE IS REACHED AT THE FIRST HOSE REEL LOCK POSITION. THAT GIVES ROOM FOR A SMALL ERROR OF OVER EXTENSION OF HOSE. IT ALL WORKS FINE NOW. GREAT PRODUCT. EXCEPT FOR THIS PROBLEM.”
