“We had a hose reel fail after 3 years with very limited use. Hoselink offered a demo unit at a reduced cost. The hose reel is used to top our pool in the summer.Maybe used 4 or 5 times a year. It has a cover on the hose reel.We have another hose reel that gets used often and has been great to date.”
