“Although the 2 claim processes were well handled, it does concern me moving forward, as i am now not confident in the reliability of the hose reel, and how long will it last this time, especially now seeing the warranty is expired.Would i recommend it to a friend , most likely not, The holeman braded reel at Bunnings it half the price and my dad has one that is 4 years old and has never faulted...”
“One of our hose reels recently had trouble retracting, the upper gear had broken so the winder no longer laid the hose evenly on the reel.Even though the hose reel was well out of warranty (we have had it for over 10 years (and bought others since then) all we had to do was pay for transport and Hoselink repaired the hose reel.This is absolutely fantastic Customer service and a great commitment to their products, when you purchase from Hoselink, not only do you get a fantastic product designed for Australian backyards, you also get locals who are committed to make sure you get the best experience possible for the life of the product (and they last for a very long time!!).”
