“I had a brand new Hoselink 25m High Flow hose reel in storage for 3 plus years. I installed it and it leaked around the inlet. I contacted Hoselink not expecting much as it was well outside warranty period. However, to my surprise they offered to fix it for free anbd all I had to pay was a very reasonable cost for postage. Great service and well above expectations.”
