“The pods are always good but I have had lousy luck with the device kits though. I called previously to complain about the devices and they gave me a credit for one but I actually need more than one. I have had at least 5 or 6 defective ones. I need to put in another $200 order for pods and I would like to get one device from my $13.50 credit and one free to help with the many defective ones I’ve had since I began ordering from BPN.
