“I have personally been ordering from here for years with no problems. Sad to say that changed with my most recent order, as 4 of the 10 I opened were defective (tasted horrible and as if they were already smoked). I expressed my concerns to customer service and they assured me that I would receive a refund but in the end, they charged me around $10.00 for nothing but a waste of my time... Glad to know I'll be purchasing from somewhere else where I know I can take any defective device back and get a brand new one with no charge.”
