“there are still leaks of the fluid into your mouth when pod gets lower (the taste is bad) however. fewer pods were effected so far in this order. The charging system does not last more that couple of months, not sure if its the cord of the actual power system. we have had the little magnets actually come out of the bottom & lodge into device.”
“WE SPEND ABOUT 420 MONTHLY W/YOUR COMPANY & ARE STILL HAVING PODS THAT LEAK OR JUST DO NOT DRAW, EVEN THOUGH IT IS SOMEWHAT BETTER. WE ALSO REC'D 2 NEW POWER UNIT, BUT THESE ARE ALSO HAVING DIFFICULTY W/STAYING CHARGED DUE TO THE POWER UNIT NOT LASTING MORE THAT 5/6 MONTHS AT BEST. THANK YOU”
