“Again; We like these Units but the chargers go bad w/in 6 months? We have purchased New Units & twice rec'd one which would not charge. That is when I finally called the company VUSE & questioned the products. The young man was very professional & he acknowledged that they were receiving these complaints & were working on these issues. He did forward us coupons, which I could only use at a retail store. Again, the prices have gone up 45/50% & both my husband & I use this product & we are now spending over 400 Months.”
