“I enjoy the Solo cartridges and have been using them for some time before the local stores in my town stopped selling them. Ordering them online has been convenient, although it does take a while to receive them. I wish there was a discount for buying more than one box. Any price incentive would be much appreciated, as these cartridges have increased in price almost threefold since I began using them. Overall, Solo is my preferred product when it comes to e-cigarettes.”
“BPN does a great job and when I've needed customer service for my orders, they've always been helpful. However, over the past several months, shipping has been less dependable, often taking twice as long to get my orders, even when using express shipping. It would be great to have another option, in-between free standard shipping and the very expensive express shipping.”
