“My cooker took about 3 hours to heat up to 385! After I put the turkey in cooker never got back to 350! I had regulator and gas valve fully open! Turkey was very greasy!”
This is an old review, and the person had a bad regulator, this is definitely how our product performs. As this unit should be to temperature in 20-25 minutes, then lower to 1psi and it will hold the temperature the entire time of cooking. We sent a new regulator and it worked perfectly. Wish customers would call us for help instead of reviewing a product that obviously there was an issue.,Management,clientresponse
